Key Club is a student-led, teacher-advised organization that builds leadership through service to the community. It is the oldest and largest service program for high school students and is represented in 37 countries around the world! The Greater Johnstown High School Key Club, which is sponsored by the Johnstown Kiwanis, has been providing service to the school and community for over 70 years. With the help of Kiwanis liaison, Fred Smith, and advisors, Cynthia Maloy, Luigina Magistro, Melissa Oswalt, Rebecca Corte, Kerry Pfeil, Robert Curcio, and Annette Reitz, the nearly 100 members are able to participate in around 30 service projects a year. These opportunities allow students to engage in meaningful service that benefits the local community.
